New Troubled Business Lists; Tax Liens, Judgments etc.

I have some new searching abilities that give my company the ability to pull lists of troubled businesses, which includes companies who have had financial issues in the past(i.e. Judgments, Tax Liens etc.).
I also have the ability to control the size of the filing as well as the date of the filing.
The normal criteria selects are available on the business list(i.e. Credit cards accepted, industry, sales volume, contact names, phones etc.)

Merchant site inspection company can also help verify a business.

Hi Jason,

The idea behind a troubled business list is to find companies who are having trouble getting a traditional business loan. In turn a Merchant Cash Advance company can call on these businesses to offer them an alternative.

It sounds like a great source but I'm just saying be careful... I have seen businesses request loans then we show up announced to do an inspection and they have "going out business" signs on the door. Thanks Max for the info.

Why would someone in merchant CA want a "troubled" business with liens and judgements and such? Time to figure out who your clients are and what they need.

Now this could be good for loss mitigation or loan modification gigs which is the new money maker and have clients my self doing very well with those, but I can say, generic internal data...business and homeowner data, has been working a "h**" of a lot better than "debt" filtered data.

Hi Kelly,

Many of my clients in the MCA industry have used troubled business lists for prospecting. These lists have been in high demand for the past few years. But in the past when a request like this was submitted, I had to run the counts purely by poor business credit scores.

With this new feature I can make it even more refined ( e.g. tax lien filed in the past two years for no greater than $1,000 ). I guess in essence what I am saying is, the overall concept is nothing new and has worked for many MCA companies.

If they are already having trouble paying their bills, what is taking a percentage of their processing going to do to their business?
