Default Stay away from this merchant

DBA: Fiesta Jalisco (Port Orchard Location only)
Location: Port Orchard, WA

Owner: Pedro Arceo

SPLITTTTTER!!!!

Has three terminals in restaurant, two one with one processor, third with another. Has a ACH cash advance with Wide Lending group, Regular Advance with Forward Line, and actively looking for Advance now.

Very set on not downloading all three, and he won't tell you he has the advance with forward line, and there is no UCC on the business with them.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! Last UCC filed under is SOUNDGARDEN(Advance Me) & Faton Inc (B.F.S)

this is the 3rd time "Wide Lending Group" has popped up. Is this the company who is marketing they will LAYER cash advances on top of other advances by setting up repayments on ACH so merchants dont have to wait until they are at renewal stages or if they need to borrow more and the initial advance provider wont let them? Nothing new in terms of a business borrowing from multiple sources, but, it has become more difficult lately due to back end data sharing systems that cross check this stuff. Several funders dont participate in that data share though, so, I can see how this may happen-

I don't see how a merchant can handle (2) advances at once -

Most of you are aware of what I do for the industry. I found a client of one of ya'll who abused his processor via charging a bank card its limit then closing the account so that when the charge back was filed, the account was already closed. ($6000)

I'm thinking that if I could (working with our legal team) that the deadbeats, troubled accounts or individuals caught on fraud...I'd like to post that persons info so we won't have to go through recovery with them again with other clients.

I'll cross reference this guy and contact WA state police to see what invesitigations are currently on going if any.
