We are in the US Virgin Islands, yet, we are a bastard-child of the USA. Our banks are FDIC, the whole she-bang, but, I am unable to get a Merchant Cash Advance.

Here is the scoop:

My bank account for my business is located in St. Croix

My Merchant account through Electronic Merchant Systems is in Independence, OH! So, my credit cards are processed state-side.

I need a minimum of $20,000. My CC sales average from $12,000/month to $19,000/month.

I really appreciate your help. I spoke with Merchant Capital Source and they thought it might be possible to do this, being that my merchant account is in the states, but, I haven't heard back.
